These Terms govern your use of Legal MCP (the "Service"), operated by Max Health Inc. ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Legal MCP connects an AI assistant (via the Model Context Protocol) to public legal sources across multiple jurisdictions and returns grounded citations. Outputs are for information and research only and may be incomplete or out of date. You are responsible for verifying any result against the official source and for any decision you make.
The Service is a tool that your AI assistant uses on your behalf — it is not a chatbot or an answer service. You are responsible for that AI client and for how it connects to, calls, queries, and interprets the Service. We are not responsible for your AI client's inability to reach or use the Service, for the queries or tool calls it constructs, or for how it interprets, summarizes, omits, or acts on what the Service returns (including any misreading or fabrication by the AI). The Service returns source material; your AI's handling of that material is outside our control.
You sign in via a third-party identity provider (Google or Max Health). You are responsible for your account and for activity under it. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
Do not use the Service unlawfully, attempt to break authentication or metering, resell or redistribute access or bulk-extract the Service, or rely on it as a substitute for professional legal advice. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or its rate limits.
The Service draws on public-domain government sources and openly licensed legal archives. That material is provided "as is"; we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or currency, and we are not affiliated with the courts, legislatures, or authorities that produce it.
Max Health Inc. operates and offers the Service under license. The underlying software is owned by its licensor and made available to you under these Terms; the Max Health name and the Service as operated are owned by or licensed to Max Health Inc.. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service, and all other rights are reserved by the relevant owner. Public legal texts are not owned by us.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND ACCURACY. LEGAL MCP DOES NOT PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Max Health Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision made in reliance on the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including mandatory consumer rights).
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or as required by law.
We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept it. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
